EURO2022 will be the biggest conference on Aalto campus to-date. It will attract some 2500 researchers and professionals who bring their cutting-edge expertise in operations research, management science and business analytics to Otaniemi from Europe and all over the world.
To ensure the success of EURO2022, we recruit student volunteers to support the local arrangements and to assist the conference participants. Most volunteers will be needed for 8am to 6pm on Monday through Wednesday, 4-6 July, plus some for the registration and opening party on Sunday 3 July and social events on other evenings, 4-6 July.
As a volunteer, you will:
- Gain hands-on practical experience in organizing international events
- Expand your social and professional networks within Aalto and beyond
- Learn from the scientific content of the Conference
- Get free meals and a gift voucher
- Have unforgettable positive experience!
We also offer you the possibility to earn two ECTS credits for a reflective essay which summarises your key insights from the scientific content of the Conference.
