We have a strong social programme starting with a Welcome Party at Aalto University on Sunday evening, followed by the Conference Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening. The conference dinner is organized at Pikku Finlandia Hall/Little Finlandia Hall, which is an internationally renowned venue for conferences and events located in a park by the sea in the heart of Helsinki. Finally, Wednesday’s closing session is followed by a farewell closing party in Aalto University. Details of each event below.

Gala Dinner

Please note that the Gala Dinner is not included as part of the registration fee and the cost to attend is €100 per ticket. Tickets can be booked at the time of registration. Places are limited, so early booking is advised.
