The below accommodation options are divided into three categories: Hotels at the campus or along the metro line in Espoo, Hostel accommodation and Hotels in downtown Helsinki.
Note that we have booked capacity from some of the hotels. These capacity bookings expire about 1-1,5 months before the conference. Depending on the hotel, this booked capacity is utilized by following the link or using the code provided in the hotel’s introduction below. Please note that the conference organizers cannot guarantee availability of rooms in the hotel.

Hostel Diana Park
Very centrally located Hostel Diana Park offers 15 rooms with capacities ranging from single rooms to 8-bed dormitories.
Eurohostel
The large Eurohostel is located very close to the sea, but less than 1 km from several central tourist attractions. The hostel’s 135 rooms are for 1-3 persons and cost 19-58 euros per night per person (2021).
The Yard
The Yard is an independent, locally run hostel with wide smiles – right in the heart of Helsinki.
Forenom hostel Espoo Otaniemi
The 88-room Forenom hostel Espoo Otaniemi is at the Aalto Campus. Prices vary between 22 and 59 euros per night per person in a 1-5 person room (2021).
